After School Program

Clark-Wilkins After School Program Partners

On-Site Partner:

The YMCA of Greater Nashua is proud to partner with SAU 39 to offer Y Academy, an after school childcare program for the children who attend Clark-Wilkins.  Each afternoon your child will be engaged in a variety of activities including outdoor play, arts and crafts, STEM, physical sports and play, board games, homework assistance and more.  Upon arriving every afternoon, children are offered snack: two choices each between three options of a grain, a fruit and a dairy.  After snack children are split into grades and offered different stations of activities for the remainder of the afternoon.  Led by highly qualified and trained staff, Y Academy offers a safe and nurturing place for Clark-Wilkins children to thrive.  The Y offers 2, 3, or 5 day options as well as coverage for early release, professional development days, vacation weeks and holidays when the YMCA is open, as well as snow days.  As a participant in Y Academy your child will receive a free youth membership which allows them the opportunity to participate in Y programs at a reduced rate. To view program offerings please visit their website.

Be sure to select Clark-Wilkins Y Academy 2023-24, as well as the amount of days you would like.  If you have any challenges registering or general questions please reach out to Carlisa Choate, Executive Director of Education.

Off-Site Partners (transportation provided by partners):

In addition to our on-site partner, we have also partnered with two off-site programs to provide families with  options for after school childcare.  Hampshire Hills and Boys and Girls Club offer transportation from Clark-Wilkins to their facilities for after school programing.  Please visit the below websites for more information on their programs.
